I’m Peter Berg, and this is my blog. When I’m not blogging, you can find me building cool gadgets and directing the online presence for Joby.

Prior to Joby I was an actuary for a while, and I helped build the very first Internet-based product in a traditionally offline industry. We turned something that was previously offline, complicated and scary into something online, approachable, and much, much cheaper and more scalable. This caught the eye of a great big company, which bought us.

Before that, way back in the early days of the web, I helped build another cool Internet startup that not only brought me my first patent, but also survived the dot-bomb bust and continues to thrive today.

I’m passionate about the web, social media, and building cool, intuitive stuff that people love to use.
